XP Festival LT in japan

I uploaded a document of LT which I announced by XP Festival.
I led a drum circle in Agile2008 of Toronto in August, but, in fact, I submitted the plan of the workshop which raised facilitator of the development team, and it was rejected first.
I announced that I wanted to live on the workshop.

It is rhythm and the team which wanted to say in Agile2008

Hello Eiichi! Yes I agree, experiential training that involves multiple senses like touch, hearing and sight, is very beneficial for team building. Also, I think that a drum circle can help illustrate flow and how teams learn to naturally work together by practicing. Many managers do not believe me when I tell them that their team will get better by practicing alone. Sometimes experience is the only way.

Thank you for your post! I am sorry I did not get to play in the drum circle at Agile 08.

Eiichi, thank you so much for your slide show. I wished very badly to attend your drum circle at the Music Masti stage at Agile 2008, but my flight arrived after your event. But it was fantastic drumming with you for just a short time at the Music Masti stage towards the end of the Thursday night music jam. People really seemed to be enjoying the drumming music to a high extent.

It's so interesting to see your presentation about drumming to help agile facilitators. I've been very interested in drumming and drum circles, and have seen how it does help people get into alignment. I hope you will write more about this topic!
